Copyright and content rights
1. Ownership and protection
The content of [https://akademiazatalanti.com/], including texts, layout, logos, trade names, graphics, photographs, video, audio, trailers, training materials, databases and software, is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act, trademark legislation and other applicable laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the rights to the content belong to “Devil Cinema Group” EOOD, UIC 206299814, or the content is used with the permission of the respective rights holder.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the Website and share a link to its public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not remove rights notices or create a misleading impression of partnership, endorsement or authorship.
Without prior written permission, the following are not permitted:
- copying, reproduction, adaptation, translation, distribution or public display of content;
- use of logos, trade names or footage for advertising, commercial purposes or the creation of derivative materials;
- extraction, systematic collection or reuse of content through automated means;
- publication of content in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties or damages the reputation of the Film Academy for Talents/the Company.
3. Photographs, video and likenesses of individuals
Photographs, videos, audio and performances may involve the rights of authors, performers, producers and depicted individuals. The absence of a visible copyright notice does not mean that the material is free to use.
Do not use, download or reuse such materials beyond what is expressly permitted. Any recording, publication or commercial use of a participant’s likeness and performance is governed by a separate applicable consent and/or agreement.
4. Materials submitted with an application
When you submit a photograph, video, audio recording, portfolio or other material through an application form:
- you retain your copyright and related rights unless we agree otherwise in a separate written agreement;
- you grant the Company non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, limited to what is necessary, to receive, technically store, open, review and evaluate the material for the purposes of the specific application;
- you confirm that you have the right to provide the material and that it does not infringe the rights, privacy or legitimate interests of other individuals;
- you do not grant exclusive rights, the right of public use, editing rights, advertising rights or the right to sublicense merely by submitting the application.
For minors, the materials are provided by or with the required confirmation of a legal representative in accordance with the specific process.
5. Rights relating to training, casting and production
Any invitation to a casting, admission to training, participation in filming or participation in a production is not governed by this page. The scope of the rights, remuneration, territory, term, methods of use, credits and permissions relating to likeness/performance are agreed separately, where applicable.
Do not assume that participation in a casting or training automatically results in the transfer of rights or a production commitment.
6. Reports of infringement
If you believe that content on the Website infringes Your copyright, related rights, commercial rights or other rights, send a report to [exclusivemediaentertainment@abv.bg] containing the following:
- Your name and contact details;
- the exact URL and a description of the disputed content;
- a description of the right and the grounds on which you are acting;
- evidence or sufficient information for verification;
- a declaration that the information is accurate and has been submitted in good faith.
We will review the report within a reasonable period and, if necessary, request additional information.
