1. Who we are

2. Acceptance and changes
By accessing or using the Website, You accept these General Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with them, do not use the Website or submit information through it.
The Company may update the terms and conditions when the services, legislation or functionalities change. The current version is published on the Website together with the date of the most recent change. A written agreement that has already been concluded is governed by the arrangements agreed in that agreement, unless otherwise provided by law.
3. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about the Film Academy for Talents, castings, preparation opportunities and related initiatives. It may contain an application form, a contact form and/or a request for information.
The information on the Website is general and informational in nature. Submitting an application:
- does not constitute enrolment in training;
- does not create a contractual relationship;
- does not guarantee an invitation to a casting, approval, participation in training, a role, remuneration or participation in a film production;
- does not replace the requirements of a specific invitation, selection process or written agreement.
Participation in training, a production or filming, or the use of a likeness/performance, is governed only by a separate applicable written document, where such a document is required.
4. Applications and communication
By submitting an application, You declare that the information provided is accurate and current and does not infringe the rights of third parties. Submit only data and materials that are necessary for the application and that You have the right to provide.
Do not submit special categories of personal data, identity documents, health data, payment details or other sensitive information through the Website unless the Company has expressly requested them through a secure channel and has clearly stated the applicable legal basis.
The Company may contact an applicant to clarify the application or communicate the next steps. The absence of a response does not automatically mean approval or rejection.
5. Minors
A person under the age of 18 may use an application form only under the conditions specified in the form and with the required involvement/consent of a parent or another legal representative. Where required, the Company may request confirmation of consent before processing the application or making contact in connection with it.
Separate declarations and documents from a legal representative may be required for participation in a casting, training, filming or contractual relationship.
6. Intellectual property and user-submitted materials
The content of the Website — including texts, design, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, databases and software — is protected by applicable law. Copying, reproduction, public display, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted, except to the extent allowed by law.
Submitting a photograph, video, portfolio or other material with an application does not transfer copyright, related rights or other rights to the Company. You grant only non-exclusive, royalty-free permission for the material to be used to the technical extent necessary to receive, review and assess the application. 7. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use the Website in a manner that:
- violates the law, the rights of third parties or these terms and conditions;
- introduces inaccurate, misleading, offensive, unlawful or malicious materials;
- threatens the security, normal operation or availability of the Website;
- uses automated means to extract content without permission;
- impersonates another person without proper grounds.
The Company may restrict access or decline to review an application where there is reasonable evidence of a violation.
8. External links and services
The Website may contain links to external websites, social networks or third-party services. They have their own terms and policies, for which the Company is not responsible. Before using such a service, familiarise Yourself with its rules.
9. Liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure access. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or damages caused by the use of or inability to use the Website.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Applicable law and contact details
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, in the absence of a resolution, by the competent court in accordance with the applicable rules.
