From “One Gram of Life” to “The Farm”: Simona Yordanova Continues Her Journey in Front of the Camera

Simona Yordanova, who trained at the Cinema Academy for Talents, continues to build valuable experience in front of the camera and take on exciting new challenges. Following her appearance in the successful Bulgarian film “One Gram of Life”, in which she played the role of Victoria, Simona is now preparing for another remarkable adventure – she is entering “The Farm” together with her mother.

This new appearance marks another important step in the development of the young actress, who demonstrated dedication, discipline and confidence in front of the camera during her training. At the Cinema Academy for Talents, Simona had the opportunity to develop her acting abilities, improve her on-camera presence and prepare for the real demands of professional film productions. Acting training is not simply about memorising and delivering lines. It requires concentration, emotional preparation, character development and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. These are precisely the skills that help young talents feel more confident when they step in front of the camera or onto a professional film set.

The Role of Victoria in “One Gram of Life”

One of the most significant milestones in Simona Yordanova’s creative journey was her participation in the feature film “One Gram of Life”. In the production, she portrayed Victoria – a role that gave her the opportunity to demonstrate what she had learned and become part of a powerful story carrying an important social message. “One Gram of Life” is a film inspired by true events. It is a production with a mission, drawing public attention to serious social issues and real human stories. The film does not leave audiences indifferent, as it raises important questions about personal choices, responsibility, consequences and the true value of human life. The film was produced by the Cinema Academy for Talents and Atanas Mihaylov. It achieved tremendous success and reached an exceptionally wide audience, becoming the most-watched Bulgarian film of 2025 and 2026. This remarkable achievement is the result not only of the film’s powerful story, but also of the dedication of the entire team – actors, directors, producers and all the professionals involved in bringing the production to life. For Simona, participating in a film of such importance was an invaluable professional and personal experience. The role of Victoria allowed her to become part of a production that does more than entertain – it delivers a clear message and encourages meaningful conversations about important issues affecting society.

A New Challenge Together with Her Mother

Following the success of “One Gram of Life”, Simona Yordanova is now taking on her next challenge. This time, she is entering “The Farm”, and she will not be doing it alone – her mother will be joining her. Their participation promises to be fascinating, not only because of the challenges that await them, but also because viewers will have the opportunity to follow the relationship between mother and daughter in a completely different environment. When everyday comfort is replaced by physical tasks, responsibilities and the constant need for teamwork, each participant’s true character is revealed in a new way. For Simona, this will be a very different experience from working on the set of a feature film. In acting, performers create characters and follow a previously written story. In “The Farm”, however, there are no scripted lines or predetermined developments. Participants must be themselves, react to real situations and demonstrate their genuine qualities. The presence of Simona’s mother will make this upcoming experience even more special. They will be able to support each other, overcome difficulties together and show the strength of their bond. At the same time, every challenge will require independence, resilience and a willingness to deal with unexpected situations.

Every Opportunity Is a Step Forward

Simona Yordanova’s journey demonstrates how important it is for young talents to remain persistent, continue learning and embrace new opportunities with courage. From her training at the Cinema Academy for Talents and her role as Victoria in “One Gram of Life” to her upcoming participation in “The Farm”, every step brings her new experience and another opportunity for personal and professional growth. We are proud that Simona was part of the Cinema Academy for Talents and that she continues to move forward with confidence. We wish her and her mother strength, determination and many unforgettable moments during the adventure ahead. Good luck, Simona! We look forward to following your participation and discovering the next chapters of your creative journey!
